Hi there!

I need help with the Clean Talk plugin on a WordPress Website. I entered the licence key, but unfortunately I got an error: SERVER_ERROR NO: 11 MSG: Service has been disabled, please renew the licence.

The licence is active until 2027 and we have licensed 9 websites from 10. However, it is not working.

Hello.

Please, copy the correct access key generated for this website from your CleanTalk Dashboard and paste it in the “Access key” field and click the button “Save Changes”.
