    Hello,

It seems that LaPoste does not have a global online service: post charges + address + tracking code.

What you can do with CDI :

    a) print your addresses on sheets of self-adhesive labels (CDI Gateway button “Print Addresses”).

    b) enter in CDI gateway for each lettre suivie, the “code suivi” provided by LaPoste. And customer email information, and admin information, will follow. If you have large volumes, a bar code reader connect to your PC will make filling easier.

    Hello,
When I click on “print adresses” I have a blank page

here is the “lettre suivie” tracking code I have: 1L02764413447

when I enter it in the cdi gateway and save it, I click on the “print tags”, a new tab opens but it’s blank.

Is it because the format is different ?

    Hello,

The “Addresses printing for letters” / “Impr.Adresses” function is not specific to the LaPoste “Lettre suivi”, or even to a carrier.

It is an internal function of the carrier type which produces address labels for all parcels in the gateway that do not yet have a tracking code.

You must therefore do the reverse and do not put anything in the tracking code, otherwise the parcel is considered to have already been processed.

So, how can I add the tracking number to the order ?
I don’t see a field in the meta box for that

In the CDI gateway you add and save the “tracking code” for your parcel. Then in WC orders management page you set your order in “complete” status and then the email that WC sends to your customer will include the tracking code and the tracking link.
