Let subscribers access control panel areas

We have a plugin that allows us to add properties to our website. We want our account managers to do this. They are subscribers. We want to give them access to this after they login, but we don’t want them to be able to edit/delete/create pages or posts. Is there a way as admin to allow users to only access certain back end areas? A plugin maybe?
