Where or how are the assigned lessons to each course in the DB? I cannot find that.

Hi,

You can create a course then in setting curriculum of course > select lesson or quiz to assign to course http://prntscr.com/fs8hps. Notes that author of course, quiz, lesson need to be the same one.
