Lesson Pages Cannot Be Found

Hello:
We are setting up a new LearnPress system and are creating a test Course to experiment with. We have created one Course, with one Section, and one Lesson.
We can see the Course at the URL: http://localhost:8085/index.php/courses/the-startup-stage/
When we click on Curriculum, we see this URL: http://localhost:8085/index.php/courses/the-startup-stage/?tab=tab-curriculum
When we click on our Lesson called Overview, the site goes to this link: http://localhost:8085/index.php/courses/the-startup-stage/lessons/overview/
The Lesson does not show. Instead, and error shows up:
OOPS! THAT PAGE CAN’T BE FOUND.
It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?We are running this site on a Windows Server 2012 R2, with IIS 8.5, PHP 7.3.10, and WordPress 5.0.7 using the WordPress Theme Twenty Seventeen.
We have checked other similar posts and changed our Permalink setting to Post Name, which shows a format of: http://localhost:8085/index.php/sample-post/
We don’t know what to do from here. Any help with this would be great and appreciated.

This is very similar to the problem I described in “Course Not Visible.” When I click on the a lesson element “article” in Curriculum I go to a blank page.
