    Hi there!

    In my site, (architectforbusiness.com/), the sidebar widget clips off the leftmost letters of my “testimonials” (actually quotes) in the middle when it uses the bXSlider, but when I turn the slider off, it shows all the quotes allowed by the “Limit” field under the “Selection Options” tab under the widget options. In other words, If I do use the bXSlider, it clips half the first letter in the sentence and any that start the next line, and if I don’t use the bXSlider, it shows 10 quotes stacked on top of each other if I had set the “Number of testimonials to select per instance” to 10. I’m almost certain your plugin might be incompatible with my WooThemes Canvas theme–except that I’m running another site (cottagecrafted.com/)with same theme and everything and it works fine. Help?

    The left cut-off is fixable via something like…

    .widget .bx-wrapper .bx-viewport { left: 0; }

    On the CSS, when not using bxSlider, you need to include the 2.14.0 CSS. Check for that option under compatibility.

    Thanks. Sorry for not getting back to you….Where do I insert the code?

    Typically add to the bottom of the theme’s style.css.

    Still not working. I know it’s been a LOOOONG time, but I tried fiddling with that, and other plugins and no improvement.

    The newest release allows you to disable the bxslider CSS. You might try that.

    OK. Works, but now I get little quotes above and below the testimonial, even with the quotes option off. Am using W3 Total cache, anything to do with that?

    Also, some quotes (on the functioning website) are way to the right of the end of the quote.

    If you’ve disabled built-in quotes, then your theme is causing them.

    See the FAQ page for CSS debugging link.
