Can you confirm that you went into Customizit!>Pages & Posts Layout and selected Left Sidebar?
If so, you can override on every page Dashboard>Pages>Edit Page and there’s a Layout Options panel top-right.
Okay ive done that and the result is:

basically the left panel’s divs are there but nothing is shown.
I can give you access to the dashboard if that would be easier?

How have you placed items in the Left sidebar? The space is there for it.
Try adding some widgets in Dashboard>Appearance>Widgets=Left Sidebar
I am sooo sorry i feel like such an idiot 🙁 I am new to wordpress infact this will be my first ever website/blog.
I have added widgets and now its showing.

Another hint: Go to Dashboard>Settings>Permalinks and select Post name. Then all your urls will look more understandable.
Come back if you need more help. Just start new Topics and add your site link every time.
