Left aligning manual placement

Hi,

I’ve just added this plugin manually to my left navigation bar. All of my other links are left aligned, and despite my efforts to left align this plugin, it’s always centered. I also would like to turn off the line underneath the icons, but I can’t figure out how to turn off text decoration just for these links. Can someone help me?
