Leave a comment does not function. If you click on it you don’t have any openings of the usual format.

I use a child theme and I does not know if any code had been touched.

What could I check…please?

Double check that comments are enabled for the post, here’s a link for steps:

@hostawesome thank you! first of all!
I cheched every option. All the options are enabled. Editing a post, I tried also manually to add a comment to it but after update, at the bottom of the post you can read 1 reply – as a link – but if you click on it I cannot read it. It cannot open …. :-((((

What if you disable all plugins and themes? Does it work then? If so, what theme are you having trouble with?

I have trouble with twenty twelve theme child. If I change the theme, I can see the comment! But I’d like to keep the twenty twelve child theme with my own personalization. I suspect during the pertsonalitation proceess some code had been touched.

On line 77 of your child theme’s stylesheet, you’re hiding the comments area:
```
#comments {
	display:none;
}
```
Deleting that section should get your comments area back.
