Leave a Comment code

Hi there…

Using TechBlue Adsense-Ready Theme. The link to “Post your comment now” does nothing. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what I should be putting in there? Right now the code on the “Post your comment now” link is

<a href="#leaveyourcomment">Post your comment now</a><p />

There is no anchor on the page for that code to go to hence I get nothing when trying to leave a comment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried contacting the theme designer through a contact form on his website a week ago and have heard nothing back.
