LearnPress4 CSS customization

    Hi,

    I am testing LearnPress4. Its performance is wonderful, especially quiz loading time way faster than the previous version.

    I would like to customize quiz CSS. The answer list is vertical but I want it inline. The questions navigation and the navigation buttons to next/previous lesson/quiz are too close to each other.

    I am using Eduma as theme. Can I customize LearnPress4 quiz pages CSS from Eduma child theme CSS?

    Yes, you can, because you use our premium paid Eduma theme so please create a ticket on our support system, our team will check then answer for you.

    Thank you for your reply. The customer support never gave a reasonable answer that’s why I posted here.
    I had a slight hope that they would do this time because of your recommendation, and they didn’t as usual.

    The Thimpress customer service is so horrible. Their answers are usually “we don’t have that feature”, and when I post an inquiry to the customization service, their answers are “We currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries, we were overloaded so…” Just a “copy and pasted” fixed phrase. I am not telling they should support me to save my penny. I would definitely pay for products an works but they don’t even give me a quote and just shut me out.

    I get stuck by that neglected customer support therefore I posted here rather than creating a ticket this time.

    I think LearnPress is a great plugin and the Eduma theme is OK. It’s just the customer support is not functioning as other theme/plugin authors are. I have purchased various themes and plugins and their customer supports never frustrated me like Thimpress.

    This may not be nothing to do with you, brianvu-tp, but the customer support is extremely bad that I have never experienced.
