LearnPress Paypal Payment not Working

    Hello.

    I have been using LearnPress for quite some time now and the Paypal payment option has never worked. Each time a customer selects the Paypal option, it loads and goes to a screen that says “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later“.

    Is there something I have done wrong or doesn’t work with the free plugin?

    Hi,

    First, please be sure the info PayPal is correct and you don’t set the checkout page of LearnPress as the same checkout page of anything like Woocommerce.

    Thanks for your response.

    My site is not a woocommerce site. It’s just for learning content and the only checkout I have is that of LearnPress. The PayPal is also correct.

    Hi,

    Please try to switch to use the default WordPress theme and Enable debug mode, disable each plugin to check.

    I have done all of these, reverted to a default 2021 theme, and deactivated all plugins except LearnPress but still got the same error.

    Any other suggestions on what I should do next?
