Learnpress not loading the whole template structure

My Learnpress templates are not working properly.
The lesson page should be seen in full width and the lessons should be at the left part of the screen but they’re not. They body tag does not change the classes it should and also the structure of the template is not charging until it gets to <div id=lp-single-course> Before that tag, none Learnpress tag is showing.

Specially I don’t see any l-header or l-canvas or l-footer, l-pop-up-box-content… I checked if the styles and scripts are loading in the head and yes, they are.

My original theme is a custom template, by the way.
