    I am just taking a training course in WP and I am able to learn most of the basics but I feel that for perfection but I must start creating websites right away. I just took a website from Public Upwork project and going to create a similar on WAMP. I would solely be using this for learning purpose. I have discouraged search engine from indexing it.

    Now come to the point, I am trying to replicate https://wordagents.com/ manually for learning purpose. My goal would be to get close possible. Please guide me if this is unethical and also guide me the best appropriate way. I have tried to look in to the Source code of the Website and what I am able to find it uses Gutenberg Editor but I am stuck at even creating the top most blue area of the website so I am writing here.

    With Gutenberg alone as it is right now, you would be unable to copy this site. Wordagent is using a custom theme. The blue bar is most likely in their header.php file, and maybe customisable through the Customizer. You should research in to theme development and structure, and this will set you on the path.
