Learning: Super simple plugin

    Hello
    I want to learn a little more about how plugins work.

    Is it possible for one of you to send me some code to a plugin which is doing the following
    :
    1. Backend with one ore two forms (for example category: Fruit and Fruit: Bananas, Apples and so on)
    2. Maybe – if possible – for the frontend the same (just for logged in users?)
    3. So that Thing-A and Thing-B is written into a db table?

    I’m a learning by doing person and many tutorials are build up so that they show one thing, but not the combination of these.
    It would be nice if some has the time to show me some simple code to this so that I can learn more about how its working.

    It’s unlikely that someone will write a custom plugin for you unless you pay them…at which point you might as well pay them to write the exact plugin you need.

    You can “learn by doing” by searching the repository for plugins that look like they might meet your needs, downloading them, and looking at their code. I suspect that’s how most plugin authors learned how to write their first plugin.
