LearnDash courses not in order

    Hello,

    I’ve been working on your LearnDash LMS. I was able to create the courses, however, as I create them, they are just piling up, and are not order sensitive. I see that there is an order indication when you edit a course, but nothing happens, even when I enter a different number.

    Is there a way to customize the course order as they appear on our page?

    To be specific, I created first Course #1, then #2, up to #10 . Now, when I update and preview our page, Course #10 is on top and Course #1 is down at the bottom.

    If there is a way, can you please walk me through it?

    Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    Were you able to solve this? I’ve been trying to fix this issue myself, and LearnDash support doesn’t seem to understand my frustration… I don’t know why the Order attribute isn’t being used for courses, seems like such a simple fix as they already use Order for lessons, topics, quizzes, etc and those all work fine.
