Learn Press Causing Email Errors

After the last Learnpress updated we have tried everything to correct this issue.
Anytime our site creates an email to send it replaces the current lodged in user email in the “From” box with my email. as this is the email address that is entered in the settings of the learn press plug-in.
Our site uses Formidable Forms for other aspects of the site and until the update emails would come “From” the correct person.
I have gone to the setting in the learn press plug-in and switch the email from Plain to HTML after reading some suggestions in the forums. this did not correct the issue.
This is causing some major issues as the emails from Formidable need to have the correct “From” information.
We know it is LearnPress as we disabled the plugin and all emails corrected themselves. and when reactivated reverted back to replacing the “From” part of any generated email.
