Layout Problem: Sidebars below posts

Hi, I need help on my layout.
For some reason, which I don’t know why, my sidebars appear below my posts on the homepage. On other pages, the site looks normal.
Could anybody please advise me how to resolve this?

http://www.lowhanyew.com/quiettimeDoes it affect the layout of the domain blog?
