• Will be really grateful if anyone can help with this. Do take note this only happens in Internet explorer.

The forgot password page can be found here:
    http://actuaries.org.my/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

After entering the username/email, you will be directed to http://actuaries.org.my/wp-login.php?checkemail=confirm

The problem is this layout is different than how it should be. It’s as if the CSS is wrong. However, I checked and it should be correct. The weirdest thing is it only happens in IE. Even weirder is if you directly enter the second URL (without going through the enter username/email page), the page loads as it should.

    Could anyone help?

Websites don’t automatically work in every browser. You either have to make this happen manually or pay someone. That’s what usually happens. Older IE browser compatibility work will be more specialist and difficult to amend.

The first step towards browser compatibility is validation.
