    If you have checked “asynchronous ad (Beta)”,
    then you must configure this parameter in your google account.

    Otherwise, you find this parameter in the “Adjust your Ads” section

    Ho capito: nella versione italiana non sono presenti, in quella inglese ora li vedo.
