Layer position origin, mobile non responsive

Hi! Do you have any idea, why on second slider the texts doesnt settle right and beautifully on mobilescreen? I have tried to change the location of “Layer position origin” from center to top and angle, but the result doenst be any better. I dont understand the meaning of this position-regulation for I still need to choose places of elements manually. Anyway on mobile my taxts are moving away from the places I have positioned them.

Also I like to ask, is it something to do with Masterslidet, that the responsive/resolution test in address:

doesnt show pages right. This is usually very nice page to see how your page looks like in different screens.
