The plugin should be fully functional with the latest version unless you set your wp-config WP_DEBUG to true… it will throw a PHP warning saying that $wpdb->escape() is deprecated.
I updated this issue last night and I will push a new version either today or tomorrow after some testing.

can this plugin reset only sidebar widgets because I cannot access Appearance – Widgets page, it turns to a blank page showing nothing. Or is there any way to do that? Clear all widgets information so that I can assign again? Any help would be much appreciated.
