    The setting for password is not updated with the latest version of plugin in admin. The plugin automatically show the default password “#easywpsmtpgagpass#” from the plugin file.

    The password is actually saved in the database. “#easywpsmtpgagpass#” is displayed on the Settings page input for security reasons (so nobody can just see your real password by going to the Settings page).

    Since it’s not an issue, I’m marking this one as resolved.
