All plugins are disabled except visual box slider
I just looked at your site and the boxes work fine. If you have it cached on your site you wont see the change until you clear you cache. There are plugins out there for this:

Also here are instructions on how to clear cache in different browsers:

After you clear you cache let me know if you are still having problems?
