  • Hi kattouf,

Sorry that you ran into issues here!

Can you please contact us so we can continue the discussion offline?

I just received another request about this, but it was related to having TWO copies of AWPCP installed at the same time, which is definitely not the way to do it.

Contact us here with a link to this thread: http://awpcp.com/contact/

    UPDATE:

Another user contacted us with the same issue and we found and fixed a problem with the upgrade routine that affected users from 3.5.x to 3.6.x.

Please upgrade to AWPCP 3.6.3.1 and you should be able to continue without issues.

Let me know if you run into any more issues.

I just tried again with that version and it won’t unzip.

    in Wp i get :

    Unpacking the package…

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure

    Sorry for continued hassles here!

You may need to delete the plugin from the dashboard and install it again from WP.org. That error happens if the ZIP gets corrupted on download.

Maybe just trying it again will fix it, but if not, then delete the plugin from the dashboard and install it under “Add New”. This won’t cause you to lose your data.

I am having the same problem trying to install the Bridge theme. Unzipping locally works without any problems, but even a freshly zipped archive throws me the same error. And this is not due to the theme being installed already.

    Hi johema,

Sorry that you ran into issues here!

This is the forum for support regarding the AWPCP Plugin. If their theme is throwing that error on install, you’ll need to contact them to get a new download file. We can only provide the files for AWPCP.
