Hi there! After the latest update, the external Elementor CSS files stopped including the custom post settings. Everything worked fine fore years. We tried to regenerate CSS, sync library, resave the page… nothing works.

Please note that we don’t have any cache server, browser cache is disabled. We even deleted Elementor folder in wp-content/uploads/elementor in order to make sure that the new files are generated. Nothing works. It’s definitely the issue with the new plugin update.

4 days left, the issue still exists. Any response from support team?

Honest question from me as my interest was piqued: 4 days left for what?

    Ah! Gotcha.

    *Drinks coffee, so good.*

Disclaimer: I do not have anything to do with this or any plugin or theme. I’m just a forum moderator for the whole site. I saw your reply and I was curious.

When should we expect the response to the above mentioned Elementor problem? Thanks

When they get to it, if they do at all?

These forums are 100% volunteer supported and that includes this plugin developer and their support. You may never get answer and that would be completely acceptable and completely fine.

No one is compelled to offer support or even reply and that includes the people who support this plugin for free. You are not anyone’s customer here; we have no customers on this site. We never have. At best you are an opensource collaborator with the developer of this plugin.

I hope you get your support but if you do not, again, that is perfectly fine too. No one here is owed anything, let alone support or even a reply from the plugin support people.

Edit: I see that you are a volunteer support person for another plugin (not this one obviously). Thanks for that! But you should know what I wrote above already.

Just as you are not forced or required in anyway to reply to someone in the plugin support forum for the plugin you support, no one here is required to do that here as well.

    Jan!

I do appreciate your effort to explain everything in details, but I will wait for the response from the volunteers who cares about this plugin.

    If not, let it be.

    Thanks
