    Hi,
    For some reason the latest theme update has made my website ‘jumpy’.
    When I click on the main nav, the pages jump. Not sure what is causing this but I noticed it with the last update, and also that the main nav changed into a persistent nav.
    If anyone can help with the ‘jumpy’ problem, I’d appreciate it very much.

    Hi Suzabelle,
    try with

    .sticky-disabled header{ top: 0;} /*should avoid the header jumping if not logged, the admin bar will make it still jumping a little*/
.tc-sticky-header #tc-reset-margin-top{ display: block;} /*reduces the content jumping*/

    Hi,
    I tried the css you mention, and unfortunately it’s still pretty jumpy. this is my website that seems to have a jumpy main nav: spauldingdesign.com

    I wrote too soon. After I closed the browser and reopened, the main nav no longer jumps!!
