Latest release not tagged in GIT

    It looks like the latest version published on WordPress.org is 4.5.9, but there doesn’t appear to be a corresponding tag for that release. As a result, Composer-based package managers (such as WP Packages and similar tools) cannot install the latest version as an immutable tagged release.

    Could you please create an tag for version 4.5.9 (or ensure future releases are tagged)? This allows Composer users to install the exact released version instead of relying on trunk.
