Latest post cropping images

    Some images are showing up just fine on latest posts/student showcase on the front page, but several aren’t. Does the featured image need to be formatted to display properly or is there a setting that cant be changed to remove cropping.

    No cropping is automatic. You would have to edit the code to turn it off.
    The reason some are showing up in the ratio they are uploaded is because they are smaller and the theme can’t crop an image that isn’t at-least the size of the crop. So the images that are less then 270px in width are showing full.

    How do I get the product images to show the complete image on the actual product page and not a cropped version.

    In the theme options > shop settings. Turn off the virtue crop for product images for the product page then in the woocommerce settings > product make sure the product images are not set to hard crop. so uncheck the hard crop box.

    Then regenerate your thumbnails.
