Latest CSS update change formatting

Hello there!

I’m new here at wordpress and i’m having a bit of an issue. I recently got my site to the point where I was happy with it. I’m using the structure blog template and have customized it up the wazoo. I was on the train updating my site last night, when POW, some things changed. I don’t think that I changed anything (on purpose) in my CSS, but now the formatting on my top right search bar is all wonky, I have these (*) symbols on the right header of all my pages, the body of my right sidebar widgets are no longer yellow and I had a slideshow widget that moved left into the body of my site (which I took off for now).

Does anyone have any ideas?
