and I modify some css and profile.php and post-single.php files, are they overwrite on the updates?

The profile page of the Ultimate Member, for some second the screen is black and empty and after that the object of the profile would shown.

and I want to know where is the registration translation file, I start translating ultimatemember-en-US but the translation of /register/ and some other are not there, would you please show me where can I find them?

all of the words in registration form does not exist in the mentioned file, like:
Username
First Name
Last Name
E-mail Address
Password
Register
Login

would you please let me know where is the JS and where you call them? at least I can add a loading animation to aware users that the page is loading. or I can try to remove the js and load the page normally. you should know that in slow internet connection that we have many in our users, sometimes the page render as a blank / empty page.
