Last x Posts on external Side, how?

    Hi,
    we have a WordPress Blog on one Domain and a InfoPortal on another Domain.
    How can I integrate the last 10 Posts from the WP Blog on our InfoPortal

    I can not use: require (‘…wp-blog-header.php’);
    just because its not on the same domain.

    VBulleting does have some external.php?type=js
    and I can get the last x Posts with a javascript
    is there something similar on WP… or how can I do

    Any example are welcome!
