I have had to deactivate your plugin following the update today due to it causing the website to throw out multiple error messages on both the front end and back end. Your support ticket page states there is no one in your office so I hope you see this and help before we have to move our clients to another support solution.

    WP 4.9.8

    Thanks.

    example:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /var/sites/s/**/public_html/wp-includes/cron.php:439) in /var/sites/s/**/public_html/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 1126

Document #1 is not an array in /var/sites/s/support.mediagorilla.uk/public_html/wp-includes/cron.php on line 439

    Hi:

Thanks for the report. Can you give me some more information about your environment. We’re not able to duplicate this right now but I see that you’re the second person to report on this. Can you let us know:

    1. Your PHP Version?
    2. Your WP Version?
    3. What version of Awesome Support you’re uprgrading from?

    Thanks very much.

Thanks. Can you tell me about the Webserver – is it Linux/Apache or Windows/IIS?

    Linux

Is there any way for us to be able to access the site – wp-admin and ftp? We’ll need to be able to run some debugging code on it. Or maybe we can take a copy of it using UPDRAFT PLUS and put it on one of our staging servers for debugging purposes.

    Thanks.

Or if you install UPDRAFT PLUS from the wordpress.org repo, take a backup and send us a link to the .zip files we can install it on our staging servers and troubleshoot there. This way we don’t impact your production machine.

Hi – just wanted to follow up and see if you had sent us the information we needed on this. I didn’t see anything come through yesterday.

    Thanks.

    Hi:

We pushed a new version to WordPress.org that we believe fixes this issue. Took us some time to track down what we think is the root cause but need your help in testing to be sure we got it.

    Thanks!

    Hi:

Great, thanks for letting us know!

    Hello
I have exactly the same issue, can you tell me what was the solution ?
even with the new version still the same. For information i’m using php5.6, maybe that’s the issue ?

@freestyler11 – the fix is already in the latest version so you’re likely experiencing a different issue. Can you open a new thread with your issue along with screen shots of what you’re seeing and we can try to help? This thread is closed so best to use a new thread so it appears at the top of the list.

    Thanks very much.

I just updated wordpress and I’m getting the same error: Here’s what I get
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home4/khajee1/public_html/blog/wp-content/advanced-cache.php:26) in /home4/khajee1/public_html/blog/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 1126

Can you let me know what the fix is? I’m running wordpress 4.9.8
