Last Time Booked

The last available slot to book should be 10:15pm upto 2:00am but not allowed to book a start time of 10:30pm (even for only 1 hour).

Bookings are done in 1,2,3,4 hour increments.

Is there a way to specify closed at 2am but no begin time bookings available at 10:30pm or later?
