Hi – underneath my timeline circles it says the title and last modified and the date. I cannot find a way to remove this http://www.champreneurs.co.uk/test

Did you apply any filter hook on default content ?.

Actually, This type of content appears whenever users add filter on default content. Please check below shared link.

Please just remove these extra filters using this function.

I am struggling to follow the code in the links above – I am not sure what filters have been applied.
