Last header icon misalligned

Hey guys,

I am not able to find the solution myself…

The last (far right) icon in my header is misalligned (too high). It is the same size as the icons next to it (40×40) but instead of a social icon it’s a link with an inline picture.

Appearently there’s a way to fix this with a custom css (at least that’s what I found in another thread), but couldn’t get it working.
