Language translation issue

Hi,

I’m looking for some if possible. I have an issue with a home page login form. The language for the page is default English, but the form fields are displaying Spanish text.

To explain: I am using TranslatePress for auto-translations, with a language switcher. For the form, I am using UltimateMember. The site has been built using Elementor Pro. I cannot work out why this Spanish text is showing up. I have troubleshooted everything that I know of.
