Language Switcher WordPress Plugin Need Help

yes i want to manually edit it, for example paste it in theme file ( sidebar.php ) <lang_en>Language</lang_en><lang_ru>Язык</lang_ru>

so how i must to make it?

No man, you can’t understan me, it calls the function wich changes the language of site and i need to change the theme static text.
