– The “MAIN MENU” which i build the new one. It don’t have the issue for example : Live Chat , Live Cam as i said above, But their “SUB-MENU” don’t display when activate Polylang. The issue is opposite with above issue.

The question – Did you well assign all your menus in Appearance > Menus > Manage Location tab?
The answer is – YES, i always check after the issue happened. And after you asking me, i am checking again. And everything is on correct process.
Sorry, I can’t help more as the theme is a premium theme.
You should ask to the Kleo theme author to test its theme with Polylang since Polylang is freely available.

Hello, I have the question. On the waiting time which i’m waiting Kleo team to FIX this issue. If i’m go ahead to translate any page by Polylang (because i have more than 500 page to translate and i can not stop my schedule). After Kleo theme FIX this issue, Should i have the effect or lost my translation or not? If no, I will go ahead. But if yes, I will waiting Kleo team.
It’s look like they’re trying to help to fix this issue. And i am waiting them.
But i’m contact both with Polylang, because we don’t know. What the issue is from THEME OR PLUGIN ?
As i saw on the support forum of Kleo and Polylang. I am believed in both are Professional.

Now deactivate all your plugins except Polylang thanks to the Bulk edit.
Does your main menu work with only Polylang and your theme?

Could put a language switcher in your menus in Appearance > Menus > Language switcher metabox?
You have a child theme. Could you switch on the parent theme + Polylang.
Does it work?
Maybe the issue is with your child theme.

Now, I switch From Kleo child to Kleo + Polylang.
Now, Kleo parent theme + Polylang, We can not see Language Switcher on the TopMenu.

Could you reassign your menus locations in the Manage Locations tab?
When you switch on another theme, you must reassign them at each time.
