    Hello

Your theme is not freely available so it’s difficult to help you. Could you ask to your theme author if they provide their own language switcher.

Did you create your 13 menus in Appearance > Menus as explained in the documentation: http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/polylang/doc/polylang-getting-started.pdf

    my site redirect to localhost.

Could re-save your Polylang settings in Settings > Languages > Settings tab.

    Hello

To deactivate Polylang rename just the file in wp-content/plugins.

    504 Gateway Timeout

It’s not a Polylang error but a servor error. See that with your host provider.

I need to clean uninstall included with data in Database too

Deactivate all your plugins except Polylang and in the list table plugins click on the red link “delete”. After this operation your DB will be cleaned.

You should see with your host provider to increase your memory size since you have a lot of plugins and users.

    Hi
Did you try with only Kleo Theme + Polylang 1.7.11 with the other plugins deactivated?
    Does it work?
If yes, activate your plugins one by one to find which one is conflicted.
