Any idea on how to, below a post, change ‘6 days ago’ to ‘6 dagen geleden’? The language of the post’s timestamp, ie?

PS I know this is the same topic as an already resolved one, but that one just says this functionality will be available in v1.8 – well I’m running v1.8.1 and can’t find it.
