Language is not set corenctly

thank you for reporting this. You have identified a compatibility issue between the plugin and Polylang.

The problem was that the plugin was loading its translation files before Polylang had finished determining the current page language. As a result, the plugin always fell back to English regardless of the language set on the page.

This has been fixed in version 2.6.2, which is now available. After updating, the withdrawal form should correctly display in Slovak on your Slovak pages and in English on your English pages.

If the issue persists after updating, please let us know — it would also help to know which version of Polylang you are using.

ďakujeme za správu. Identifikovali ste problém s kompatibilitou medzi pluginom a Polylang.

Príčinou bolo to, že plugin načítaval prekladové súbory skôr, ako Polylang stihol určiť jazyk aktuálnej stránky. Výsledkom bolo, že formulár sa vždy zobrazoval v angličtine bez ohľadu na nastavený jazyk stránky.

Opravili sme to vo verzii 2.6.2, ktorá je už dostupná. Po aktualizácii by sa mal formulár na odstúpenie od zmluvy správne zobrazovať po slovensky na slovenských stránkach a po anglicky na anglických.

Ak by problém po aktualizácii pretrvával, dajte nám vedieť — pomohlo by tiež vedieť, akú verziu Polylangu používate.

thank you for the additional details — knowing you are on WordPress 5.8 and Polylang 2.1.5 was the key.

In older versions of Polylang (2.x), the page language is determined much later than in newer versions — specifically after WordPress processes the URL, which happens after the point where our plugin was loading translations. That is why the fix in 2.6.2 was not sufficient for your setup.

We have released version 2.6.3 which adds an additional translation reload at a later stage of the page load, specifically to cover older Polylang versions. Please update and the form should now display in Slovak correctly.

Staršie verzie Polylangu (2.x) nastavujú jazyk stránky oveľa neskôr ako novšie verzie — konkrétne až po tom, čo WordPress spracuje URL adresu, čo nastane neskôr ako miesto, kde náš plugin načítaval preklady. Preto oprava v 2.6.2 pre vaše prostredie nestačila.

Vydali sme verziu 2.6.3, ktorá pridáva dodatočné načítanie prekladov v neskoršej fáze načítania stránky, práve pre prípad starších verzií Polylangu. Po aktualizácii by sa mal formulár správne zobrazovať po slovensky
