Language homepage URL

First of all, great job on the plugin. You have my 5/5.

I have a Dutch site located at hinkle.nl
When clicking on the language switching flag, you are redirected to hinkle.nl/en, where the English version of the homepage should be located.

However, I am not sure how to create a page that is located at hinkle.nl/en, because when I create the English homepage, it only gives the option to choose a permalink after hinkle.nl/en (so for example I can choose hinkle.nl/en/homepage).

How can I setup my English homepage at website.nl/en?

My settings:
– The language is set from the directory name in pretty permalinks
– Hide URL information for standard language
– Remove /language/ in pretty permalinks
– The front page url contains the language code instead of the page name or page id
