    You can get these two language files plugins => download-manager => languages.. Please copy wpdmpro.mo and wpdmpro.po files and paste into same directory. Rename the wpdmpro.mo to wpdmpro-de_DE.mo and wpdmpro.po to wpdmpro-de_DE.po. Than translate these files using any language file editor software(like Poedit). Thanks.
