Language does not work

Hi,
maybe since an Update to 4.0 did my language selection not work.
I just want to show the widget in the english pages.
I have added
is_page(array(73,69)) && ($_GET['lang']=='en')
But the widget is’nt appearingWhat is wrong?
Any ideas?
