Knowledgebase Page not created

Hey,
I installed Knowledgebase properly and created several articles, all fine.
If I understood it correctly, a page for the knowledgebase should be created automatically in the dashboard. It worked on my testing environment, but not at the “real” site.
If I enter the URL (pro.regiondo.de/hilfe), the knowledgebase is available, so something exists. But it doesn’t seem to be a proper page.The Theme I am using: TheFox
Any ideas or steps to make it accessible?
