Knowledge Base not showing pinecone entries

    Hello, I am using pinecone DB for knowledge base. The problem is that content gets added to pinecone, chat uses it so everything works but interface in wordpress shows Knowledge Base (0).

    “Data is stored in Pinecone vector database for enhanced AI performance. Refresh page after adding content to database.”

    Reloading doesn’t help.

    Thanks for reaching out and reporting. Can you give me a few more details that way i can test and try to replicate.

    What embedding model are you using and can you let me know what settings you selected in Pinecone. How many total entries do you have and can you see them on the Pinecone website?

    There are 82 pinecone entries. Chat model is GPT-4o, Embedding Model is TE3 Large (3072, Powerful).

    Pinecone config:

    Metric: cosine

    Dimensions: 3072

    Region: us-east-1

    Hi @oudrius,

    Thank you for the information. I’ve been able to replicate the issue as described. Just as you mentioned this is a simple UI issue only when trying to display. I will have an update released tomorrow that will fix this issue (maybe tonight if I’m able to get through testing process). You should be able to view the records on the Pinecone website for now. Apologies for the issue. I’ll update you here once the fix has been released.

    Hi @oudrius,

    This has been fixed in the most recent update v2.2.5! Apologies it took a little longer than expected. I was also working on streaming responses for OpenAI and Claude models and wanted to finish that to include with this update.
