KML or geoJSON

Hello!
I am trying to add voting districts to a map. I am trying to use either a KML file or a geoJSON file as my data file. I have tried both file types. They can be be downloaded here: https://jackson4council.org/Precincts.geojson and here: https://jackson4council.org/Vanderburgh_County_Precincts.kml
The maps appear to draw but none of the polygons seem to appear. I would like to select the polygons and it display the information found in the KML or JSON file. But nothing is really happening when using these files. Not sure if I am expecting too much from this plugin or maybe I am not shortcoding it properly? Below is my shortcode. Appreciate any help.
