There’s a Why? link in that screen. What happens when you click on it?
It might be a good idea to reach out to Kinsta hosting and ask them directly about the reason why WPP’s being banned. In the past this happened with another hosting provider too (GoDaddy) and we were able to sort it out, the ban was lifted shortly after.

Well, that link doesn’t really explain why the plugin was banned so there’s nothing much I can do with so little information. Please, if you have the time and want to help, ask Kinsta about it.

It is difficult to say why this plugin is blocked by Kinsta.
I have been a blogger since 2016, and I am a new Kinsta customer.
A few days ago I discovered a method to unblock Kinsta banned plugins. It’s hard to say how it may influence on performance and security of your account, but if you want to install and use any of Kinsta banned plugins, it is feasible.
