kind of directory

I have put this post here and not the plugin as it isn`t about a specific plugin.

I need to build a site that will display some properties, the search for these will be based on area and type of property they are i.e. sale/rent/rent then buy etc.

I have seen some property specific plugins but they all seem to be beasts or only search on price.

Does anyone know of a plugin that will do the job? It doesn`t have to be a specific property plugin. It just needs an area to add listings (info and photos), ideally an admin area to create what each info item is then an input area to complete the fields just created.
